The Hilb Group (THG) has announced that it has acquired New Jersey-based Benefit Foundations and hired employee benefits specialist Patrick Grant.
Grant will join THG’s New Agency Partners office, located in Parsippany, N.J. He will continue to serve clients with additional support from the New Agency Partners team.
The group noted that Grant brings deep expertise in employee benefits and additional production talent to THG and that his hiring will complement and strengthen THG’s employee benefits capabilities in the region.
THG is a property-casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage and advisory firm headquartered in Richmond, Va. The company has completed more than 100 acquisitions and now has more than 100 offices in 21 states.
