Inszone Insurance Services has announced that it has acquired Colorado-based High Desert Insurance.
High Desert Insurance was founded in 2011. The acquisition will expand Inszone’s presence in Colorado. As part of the acquisition, High Desert will operate under the Inszone brand from its existing location in Pueblo, Colo. The existing High Desert team will also be retained.

High Desert is the latest in a string of acquisitions by the national broker. Earlier this month, Inszone entered the Kansas market with the acquisition of American Heritage Agency. The company also recently announced the acquisitions of The Point Insurance Services and LPL Insurance Agency, both based in California.
