The Hilb Group has announced that it has acquired Vermont-based Paige & Campbell and its subsidiary, the Taylor Palmer Agency. The acquisition expands the Hilb Group’s footprint in New England.
Paige & Campbell is based in Barre, Vt., with additional offices in Bristol, Bradford and Waitsfield. Founded more than 100 years ago, the agency serves customers in both commercial and personal lines. Agency principals Steven and Jonathan Shea and their team will join the Hilb Group’s New England regional operations.
