Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of California-based Bulen & Associates Insurance Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bulen & Associates, founded in 1929, is a property-casualty agency that serves individuals and businesses in southern California. As part of the deal, agency principal Lisa Mosby and her team will remain at their current location in Murrieta, Ca. They will report to Scott Firestone, head of Southwest region P&C brokerage operations for Gallagher.

Bulen & Associates is the latest of several acquisitions by Gallagher this year. Earlier this month, the company acquired North Carolina-based PIUS Limited and Texas-based Tejas American General Agency.
