Arthur J. Gallagher has announced the acquisition of Iowa-based River Valley Capital Insurance (RVCI). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007, RVCI is a retail property-casualty brokerage. It specializes in providing insurance for the trucking industry, with a particular focus on long-haul trucking companies in the Midwest.
The RVCI team will remain in its current location and will report to Ryan Isaacs, head of Gallagher’s Midwest region P&C brokerage operations.
