Chubb has announced the appointment to its real estate and hospitality practice of several new leaders. The appointments are part of a new structure meant to maximize the company’s efforts to provide customers with easy access to property and casualty resources.
The following appointments are effective immediately:
- Seth Gillston: Currently Chubb’s mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice leader, Gillston has been appointed executive vice president and real estate and hospitality industry practice leader within the company’s North American Major Accounts division. He will also continue to lead the private equity team. Gillston will report to Matt Merna, chief operating officer for Chubb North America Major Accounts.
- Steven Reiss has been appointed executive vice president for the real estate and hospitality industry practice. He will report to Gillston.
- Tom Angelo, practice leader for the REH practice, will report to Reiss.
- Luke Testa has been named Chubb’s REH casualty underwriting manager. He will report to Angelo.
- Ted Aitken will lead the casualty practice for Major Accounts Financial Institutions with large real estate operations. He will also report to Angelo.
