Cyber risk solutions provider Resilience has brought in Rebecca Jones (pictured right) and Jeremy Gittler (pictured left) to serve as senior vice president of engineering and global head of claims, respectively.

Pointing to the importance of the new leadership hires in supporting the company’s ongoing expansion, chief executive and co-founder Vishaal ‘V8’ Hariprasad said: “As we continue to invest in our business, we are thrilled to bring senior leaders of Jeremy’s and Rebecca’s caliber on board.

“They both bring deep experience and track records of exceptional results to help Resilience continue to build on the momentum we have achieved.”

In her new role, Jones will oversee Resilience’s engineering division, directing software delivery. With more than two decades of experience in the technology sector, she has worked with several SaaS (software as a service) companies in industries such as e-commerce and fintech.

Gittler, meanwhile, brings extensive experience from his time at AXA XL, where he was instrumental in creating and managing the insurer’s cyber claims team. His credentials include time spent handling complex cyber and technology claims at AIG and working as a litigation attorney in New York.

“Jeremy shares our passion to ensure our claims team delivers not just best-in-class service, but also the innovation and technical depth that clients today need in handling their ever-complex cyber and tech E&O (errors and omissions) claims,” Hariprasad added.

“Rebecca will help us scale our engineering teams as we continue to build out our Cyber Resilience software platform to help middle and large enterprises measure and manage their cyber risk.”

Headquartered in San Francisco, Resilience offers integrated solutions that span risk quantification software, cybersecurity experts, and A+ insurance. The firm’s locations include New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Toronto, London, and Dublin.
