Starkweather & Shepley honors top builders

Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. reaffirmed its commitment to the construction industry by partnering with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) to sponsor the Excellence in Construction Awards ceremony. The prestigious event took place on Wednesday, at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island, celebrating remarkable achievements in construction.

A news release highlighted that the Excellence in Construction Awards recognize the nation’s most innovative projects and exemplary safety, inclusion, diversity, and equity programs within the construction sector. This year’s ceremony recognized the efforts and accomplishments of various firms that have made significant contributions to the industry.

Honoring exceptional projects and teams

Among the award recipients were:

• ECON Electrical Contractors for Multi-Family projects up to $100 million in the Electrical category.
• DYNAMIC INTERIORS, awarded for an Interior Project under $2 million.
• RALCO ELECTRIC & GENERATOR, recognized in the Electrical - Commercial category for projects less than $2 million.
• ATLANTIS COMFORT SYSTEMS, honored for Commercial Mechanical projects under $10 million.
• PARISEAULT BUILDERS, which won for Industrial projects under $5 million.
• BENTLEY BUILDERS, LLC, awarded in multiple categories, including Industrial projects ranging from $5 million to $25 million and Infrastructure projects up to $100 million.
• INTERSTATE ELECTRICAL SERVICES, recognized for Healthcare projects between $2 million and $10 million, as well as Institutional Electric projects from $2 million to $5 million.
• COLLETTA CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC., awarded for Institutional projects less than $5 million.
• J.J. CARDOSI INC., recognized for Renovation projects over $2 million and Special Projects between $2 million and $5 million.
