RT New Day – a division of RT Specialty – has once again been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ Magazine.
The company, formerly known as New Day Underwriting Managers, ranked 19th in the small business category, a release said.
“This is the fourth time we’ve been honored with this distinction in the past five years,” said RT New Day president Jefferey S. Lejfer, CPCU. “Our goal has always been to grow the company with the very best people. Earlier this year, New Day became part of RT Specialty, the wholesale brokerage unit of Ryan Specialty Group (RSG). A release explained that RSG’s acquisition of New Day bolstered the former’s offerings in the environmental, construction and real estate marketplace while extending New Day’s reach in the construction and real estate industries.
