Insurance Business America (IBA) has released its list of the top construction insurance companies for 2024.
The IBA team conducted extensive research across the US, beginning with outreach to a variety of brokerages. The team then collected insights from hundreds of brokers who evaluated the construction insurance companies they had engaged with over the past year.
To identify the top construction insurance companies of 2024, IBA gathered feedback to determine the key qualities brokers seek in a construction insurer.
Additionally, the IBA team interviewed brokers nationwide, asking them to rate the construction insurers they had worked with in the past 12 months.
The detailed information obtained through these surveys and interviews enabled IBA to assign weighted values to the different criteria rated by brokers.
Upon completion of the research, the insurers that received the highest scores for work quality, specialist expertise, and client service were honored with the 5-Star award in construction insurance.
