Retail insurance broker McGriff Insurance Services has appointed Pennsylvania native Lou Cipollo (pictured) as senior vice president and senior marketing account executive for its national construction risk management division.

Cipollo brings over two decades of expertise in account management and brokerage services, specifically within the construction and utilities sectors.

Practice head Danielle Ross said: “Lou will provide highly personalized service to our major national construction clients. In addition to brokerage and client management services, he will help us expand our team’s risk management capabilities.”

Earlier this year, McGriff formed its national property practice under the leadership of national director of property Donna Matthews.

A full-service insurance broker providing risk management and insurance solutions to clients across the US, McGriff is a subsidiary of Truist Insurance Holdings.

McGriff’s offerings span commercial property and casualty, corporate bonding and surety services, cyber, management liability, captives and alternative risk transfer programs, small business, employee benefits, title insurance, personal lines, and life and health.
