OLI Insurance Services has acquired Truck Writer Insurance Services (TWIS), an insurance agency based in Burlingame, CA.
The transaction became effective on May 01, 2020. OLI Insurance Services is a subsidiary of Heffernan Insurance Brokers.
As part of the deal, Heffernan Insurance Brokers fulfillment executive & small fleet trucking lead Paul Wills has joined OLI’s operations in order to further develop the agency. TWIS will also operate as a separate and autonomous agency on its own, as an affiliate of the OLI network.
