WTW has added Tia Wilson to its corporate risk and broking team in North America (CRB NA) as deputy regional leader and global client advocate.

Wilson’s new role will focus on driving profitable growth in the Greater Philadelphia area. She will collaborate closely with the industry vertical divisions while being involved with hiring, talent retention, and development.

Her responsibilities also include client retention and crafting solutions. Additionally, as global client advocate, Wilson will manage relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.

The key hire previously held the position of senior managing director within Aon’s reinsurance solutions team. She began her broking career with a focus on property insurance for large energy, real estate, and retail property placements.

“Tia’s appointment reinforces our dedication to delivering unparalleled service and expertise to our clients,” said Katie Kubursi, northeast regional leader, CRB NA. “Her extensive background in risk management and her passion for client engagement align perfectly with our mission to provide innovative solutions and exceptional support to our clients.”

Commenting, Wilson shared: “I am thrilled to join CRB NA to contribute to the team’s continued success. I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to deliver value and superior service to our clients, while strengthening our position as the best industry specialist broker in North America.”

Wilson’s arrival marks the continued expansion of CRB NA. Earlier this month, the same unit appointed Jon Oppenheim as head of construction and Len Graziano as casualty strategy and execution leader.
