Worldwide Facilities – a wholesale insurance broker, managing general agent, and program underwriter – has announced that it has hired Frank Caplan to serve as an assistant vice-president in the company’s New York office.
As an assistant vice-president, Caplan will help grow the casualty division of Worldwide Facilities, while continuing to cultivate his relationships with standard markets and wholesalers, a release said.
Caplan brings with him almost 20 years of insurance industry experience, specializing in construction, real estate, products, life sciences, and cargo. He joins from the insurance firm Foa & Son, where he spent seven years as an assistant vice-president of marketing.
He is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University.
Last month, Worldwide Facilities also welcomed another member to its New York office – John Curry, who joined the company as a senior vice-president. Curry previously served as a vice-president for RT Specialty, where he led a casualty team with a focus on construction risks.
