World Insurance Associates has acquired John J. Flynn Insurance Agency as part of a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the New Hampshire market.
The acquisition of this Dover-based agency brings another established full-service insurance agency under the World umbrella. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, John J. Flynn Insurance Agency provides personal and commercial insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of its clients.
"Our team prides itself on finding families and businesses the right insurance for their specific needs. Joining World will allow us to offer additional products and services to our customers, and we look forward to a great future,” president John J. Flynn said.
World Insurance Associates CEO Rich Eknoian expressed confidence in the agency's continued success under the World brand.
"The addition of John J. Flynn will further increase World's presence in the New Hampshire market,” he said. “The agency is well known, and I have no doubt they will continue to be successful."
The transaction was supported by legal counsel from Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, with advisory services provided by Fortrust Diligence. No further details on additional advisors or legal representation were provided.
