NMI Holdings, the parent company of National Mortgage Insurance Corporation (National MI), has announced the appointment of Priya Huskins (pictured) to its board of directors as an independent member.
Priya currently serves as a senior vice president and partner at Woodruff-Sawyer, a full-service insurance brokerage. She’s also the director of Realty Income Corporation, a publicly-traded commercial REIT. Additionally, her 20-plus year executive track record includes time spent at Rock Center, QBIS Insurance Solutions, and Silicon Valley Directors’ Exchange.
National MI Chairman Bradley Shuster said he is delighted that Priya will be joining the board.
