Rising Stars is back to showcase this year’s promising professionals in the insurance industry.
Candidates have to be aged 40 or under and currently working in a role relating to the general insurance industry. Both self-nominations and entries on behalf of colleagues and direct reports are accepted.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from Aon, Lockton, the National African American Insurance Association Los Angeles, the Asian American Insurance Network, NFP, NAAIA Dallas Fort Worth, HUB International, USI Insurance Services, and IIC and featured on the Insurance Business website in July.
Submit your entry today and be featured at Future Fest 2025 – the world’s largest insurance festival. The awardees of Rising Stars 2025 will be recognized during the event on July 10-11 at Santa Monica Pier, California.
