Deep Associates Insurance Agency of North Adams, Mass., and Thompson & Linscott Insurance Agency of Adams have both entered into a partnership with Wheeler & Taylor Insurance, an independent insurance agency in Berkshire County.
Wheeler & Taylor said that the collaboration aims to expand the insurance offerings of Deep Associates and Thompson & Linscott both locally and beyond. Despite the partnership, both agencies are set to maintain their original names, staff, locations, and management structures.
Carrie Kondel, manager of Deep Associates Insurance Agency, said that the new arrangement will enable the agency to provide additional insurance products, offer specialized expertise, and represent more insurance companies.
J Scott Rote, president of Wheeler & Taylor, said that the partnership would enhance the agencies' ability to serve their personal and business clients.
Deep Associates has been in operation for over 30 years, offering a range of insurance products, including home, auto, boat, life, and business insurance. The agency is located at 34 Ashland Street, North Adams, and has an online presence.
Thompson & Linscott Insurance Agency, established in 1925, operates from 32 Park Street in Adams, providing home, auto, and business insurance with a focus on professional and local service.
Just a day ago, in addition to these partnerships, Mirick Insurance Agency of Shelburne Falls and Albert B. Allen Insurance Agency of Greenfield have also joined Wheeler & Taylor Insurance. As with the other agencies, they will retain their existing names, locations, and staff, including management.
