Williston Financial Group subsidiary WFG National Title Insurance Company has announced the acquisition of Washington State-based Inland Professional Title.
Inland Professional Title is a title and settlement services provider serving Washington’s Okanogan and Spokane counties. The firm has five offices and 65 employees in the area. Former owner Kevin Ferguson will become an executive vice president at Inland Professional Title and continue to manage the company, which will eventually undergo a name change to “WFG National Title Company of Eastern WA.”
