USI Insurance Services has acquired the regional employee benefit and retirement consulting firm Chapman & Chapman.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1886, Chapman & Chapman is based in Cleveland, OH.
According to a statement by Chapman & Chapman CEO Walter Chapman, his company has a hard-earned reputation for delivering “innovative solutions and service” to both businesses and individuals. The company has also been largely family-owned, he added, noting that throughout the firm’s 130-year history, 12 members of the Chapman family spanning five generations have joined the business.
