Topa Insurance Company has appointed Ben Rozema (pictured) to the role of director of programs.
In his new role, Rozema will be responsible for the P&L of all program business, as well as relationships with all program partners. He will also have direct oversight of Topa Insurance’s enterprise risk management.
Rozema joined Topa in 2017 as a senior product manager, later promoted to group product manager in August 2018. His expertise has been tapped to help the company’s Core Systems Project, as well as cultivating relationships with program partners.
Recently, Rozema served a key role in Topa’s development, testing, and launch of its new BOP product, Topa Premier Commercial Insurance.
Before joining Topa, Rozema held positions at Farmers Insurance and Atlas General Insurance Services.
