Insurance comparison website Insure.com has released its list of the best auto insurers in the US for 2021, determined by customer vote.
The website commissioned a survey, which collected customer ratings for 20 of America’s leading auto insurance companies, to determine which among the insurers rated highly. Over 3,200 current customers gave their feedback for the survey.
The top insurance companies in the survey ranked best overall by scoring high marks in claims handling and customer service, among other metrics. It was also noted that 95% of the policyholders with the top-rated companies indicated that they would renew with their current insurer.

“Quality customer service is just as important as price,” said Insure.com senior consumer analyst Penny Gusner. “Prices are competitive and easy to check, but policyholders say what's most important to them is customer service, and excellent customer service is the main reason why they stay with their company.”
