Wholesale specialty insurance distributor CRC Group has hired Mike Worman, Davon Fields, and Donnie Waters (pictured left to right) to join three of its offices.

Appointed as senior vice president, Worman is now part of CRC’s office in Reno, Nevada. Before coming on board, he worked as west coast property manager for a specialty insurer. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Worman has held various leadership positions across the Western region for more than a decade.

In Birmingham, Alabama, Fields stepped into the role of a broker. He most recently served as a vice president at an insurance brokerage firm.

Waters, meanwhile, was brought in as a senior team leader (TL) for CRC’s Bayport site in Tampa, Florida. His more than 20 years in the sector include time spent as managing partner at a wholesale insurance broker.

Worman, Fields, and Waters are the latest additions as part of CRC’s ongoing hiring spree. Recent appointments include Sean Kenny as senior vice president and broker in Houston, Texas; Travis McCleary as an underwriting TL in Seattle, Washington; Rudie Heling as an underwriting TL in Carmel, Indiana; Sam Rector as a broker in Nashville, Tennessee; and Chris Young as personal lines underwriting TL in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Also among previous hires are Joseph Carothers, Craig Brown, Michael Rockhill, Joyce Carlton, and Craig Anderson in Tampa-Bayport; Sarah McKenna in San Francisco; Greg DiPrato in New York; and Brad Rickey in Indianapolis.

Other company changes include the executive leadership reshuffle within CRC’s commercial solutions operations and the integration of Atlanta-based INSUREtrust into the group’s wholesale brokerage division to form a cyber practice unit. Prior to the business combination, INSUREtrust was part of CRC subsidiary Starwind Specialty Insurance Services.
