The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has brought in Christopher Orozco (pictured below) as an employee benefits producer. Orozco brings with him a rich history of industry experience and a commendable track record of professional growth and achievement.
The key addition’s career began in an entry-level position within the mail room at Warner Pacific. Over 12 years, Orozco’s dedication and excellence saw him ascend through various roles there.
He transitioned from handling supply department responsibilities to tackling the intricacies of insurance quoting as a rating analyst, leveraging his attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operations.
“His tenure in underwriting further solidified his expertise, while his time in presales broadened his perspective and honed his client-centric approach,” noted The Liberty Company. “As a sales consultant, Orozco’s ability to navigate the nuances of group business and provide tailored solutions to brokers underscored his invaluable contributions to the team.
“Orozco’s journey stands as a testament to his resilience, adaptability, and continuous pursuit of professional development, making him an indispensable asset to our organization as we continue to innovate and excel in the industry.”
Reflecting on his new role, Orozco shared: “Liberty’s dedication to integrity and transparency aligns perfectly with my own values. I’m eager to contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.”
The new employee benefits producer’s arrival comes on the heels of benefit solutions recruits joining The Liberty Company.
Earlier this year, three new colleagues specializing in benefit solutions came on board. Tim Collins joined as vice president, employee benefits producer; Jules Gootrad as business development specialist for benefits; and Rick Donatini, employee benefits VP – bringing around seven decades of experience to the Gainesville-headquartered brokerage.
