The Hilb Group (THG) has announced the acquisition of Connecticut-based eBenefits Group Northeast.
eBenefits is a full-service employee-benefits firm that serves businesses, non-profits and municipalities throughout the Northeast. The company will continue to operate out of its current locations in Unionville and Wallingford, Conn.
