The Hilb Group (THG) has acquired Massachusetts-based HR Knowledge (HRK).
According to a release, the transaction became effective November 01, 2017.

HRK, located in Mansfield, provides employers with integrated HR services including payroll, employee benefits, human resources management and benefits brokerage & administration.
Founded in 2001, HRK is one of the select brokers in the US that has partnered with ADP. The partnership allows HRK to provide outsourced payroll and HR information management, utilizing ADP’s Workforce Now platform.
Ken Bettenhauser and Jeff Garr, HRK’s managing directors, and their team will continue to operate out of their existing location.
