Satellite Agency Network Group (SAN Group) has announced the appointment of Diane Christiansen as commercial lines placement specialist for its AccessPlus department. In her new role, Christiansen will be responsible for the placement of new commercial lines business accounts on behalf of SAN member agencies. She will work closely with agents and insurance carriers to streamline the delivery of information on new and renewal insurance policies.
“Diane brings over 34 years of experience in commercial lines, with expertise in general liability and excess underwriting, as well as production underwriting,” said Sarah Bassett-Bosiak, AccessPlus manager for SAN Group. “Her industry knowledge makes her a great resource for SAN member agencies. We are fortunate to have her on our team.”
Prior to joining SAN Group, Christiansen was a consultant at Massachusetts-based MHA Insurance Agency and an underwriter for Georgia-based Maxum Specialty Insurance.
SAN Group is the largest alliance of independent insurance agencies in the Northeast, with more than 360 members representing more than $700 million of in-force premium.
