Satellite Agency Network Group (SAN), the alliance of independent insurance agencies in the Northeast, has announced the appointment of Joe Puccio (pictured above) as an agency growth coach for Massachusetts.
In this role, Puccio will serve as a resource for members, aiding them in establishing prosperous and thriving insurance agencies. Teaming up closely with regional vice president Andrew Fornari, Puccio will support agency startups, commercial lines development, technology and automation, and client acquisition and retention strategies.
Puccio has several years of experience in the insurance sector, recently serving as a territory marketing manager at Farmers Insurance. His past roles include channel account manager at nexVortex and territory sales manager and consultant at NCR Corporation.
Certified as a property-casualty advisor, Puccio earned a bachelor of science in hospitality management from Johnson & Wales University and holds a master of finance degree from the University of Arizona.

His fresh perspective and dedication will make a significant contribution to the agencies he’ll work with.
