Insurance Business America (IBA) has revealed this year’s top program administrators and carriers in the US insurance industry.
IBA identified this year’s 5-Star Program Administrators and Carriers by calling for nominations in May 2023.
The nominees were ranked based on their achievements and initiatives across various areas, including their largest programs, expertise and stability, and innovations in program development.
Program administrators were also asked for feedback on the carriers they worked with, which the IBA team used to determine the 5-Star list. The carriers were ranked on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) in 10 categories. Those that received an average score of 4.0 or higher were named 5-Star Award winners.
