Insurance Business America (IBA) has released its list of the Top Insurance Employers for 2024.
The list highlights companies for their dedication to diversity, equity, inclusion, and efforts to engage and support their employees.
The selection process began with IBA inviting insurance organizations to participate by submitting detailed information about their workplace policies and benefits.
Following this, employees of these companies were asked to complete an anonymous survey that evaluated their experiences across several key areas. These areas included:
To qualify for consideration, companies needed to reach a specified minimum number of employee responses, with the exact threshold depending on the size of the organization.
Only those companies that achieved an average employee satisfaction rating of 75% or higher were named to the list of Top Insurance Employers for 2024.
