PCF Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Jenni Lee Croker as senior vice president of operations. In her new role, Crocker (pictured above), who has been a member of PCF’s board of directors since 2021, will be responsible for enabling agency partnership potential, maximizing organic growth, enterprise carrier relationships, internal partner communications, and executing agency strategic partner initiatives.
Crocker has more than 23 years of experience in sales and growth, management, risk advisory and business transformation. Prior to joining PCF, she spent nine years at Marsh, serving as managing director and corporate leader for Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., since 2018 and head of the Virginia office since 2013. Prior to her stint at Marsh, Crocker served as a director at EY.
