Property-casualty brokerage NFP has announced the appointment of Hamid Abuzaid (pictured above) as the new leader of its Occupational Health & Safety Group (OHS). Abuzaid will report to Sean Hickey, NFP’s head of US complex risk, middle market brokerage, and risk management services.
“We are excited to promote Hamid to lead our OHS Group,” Hickey said. “Hamid has been solving occupational health and safety problems for two decades by helping clients apply and integrate insight, guidance, and solutions that ensure compliance and enhance operational effectiveness. I'm looking forward to his contributions in his new role.”
Part of NFP's specialty business, the OHS Group specializes in providing comprehensive occupational health, safety, and loss control services. The group offers workplace risk assessment and management solutions, along with expertise in workplace culture and organizational management.
