Insurance Business America (IBA) has announced its Hot 100 list for 2025, recognizing professionals who have made significant contributions to the US insurance industry over the past year.
The annual list, now in its 10th year, highlights leaders, innovators, and decision-makers shaping the future of the sector.
The selection process began in July 2024, with IBA inviting nominations from insurance professionals nationwide.
After reviewing hundreds of submissions, the IBA team identified 100 individuals whose work has influenced various areas of the industry, including business strategy, technological advancements, and risk management.
The Hot 100 showcases a range of industry professionals, including executives driving market expansion, specialists in emerging risks, and innovators adopting new technologies. The list includes leaders from commercial insurance, underwriting, reinsurance, and specialty markets.
