Marsh & McLennan Agency announced Mar. 1 that it had acquired Aviation Solutions LLC, a Lee’s
Summit-based aviation risk advisor and insurance broker.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, Aviation Solutions will operate in Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Overland Park, Kansas office, which is a part of Marsh & McLennan’s upper Midwest region.
Aviation Solutions, founded in 2004, provides bespoke aviation risk insurance programs for individual, corporate, and commercial clients throughout the country.
