LP Insurance Services, LLC has announced the addition of Travis Reed (pictured above) to its commercial lines team in northern Nevada.
Brian Cushard, president of LP Insurance Services, said Reed will be working as a broker covering the Truckee Meadows region.
"I'm very excited to welcome Travis to our commercial team," Cushard said, noting Reed’s connection to the local area.
Reed, a University of Arizona graduate, brings over 10 years of industry experience and will focus on client relationships within the LP Insurance Commercial Lines Division. His work centers on supporting businesses with risk management and mitigation strategies tailored to their needs.
Earlier this year, the firm also announced the addition of Ashlynne Valdez to its employee benefits brokerage team in southern Nevada.
Valdez, a native of Nevada and a University of Nevada, Reno graduate, will be responsible for developing new relationships and maintaining existing clients within the LP Insurance Benefits Division.
Her role includes helping employers optimize and communicate their benefits plans, offering services in both English and Spanish.
In April, LP Insurance also announced the appointment of Lynn Roberts as a new member of its employee benefits brokerage team.
Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Graduating from Cal State Fullerton, Roberts’ extensive career in insurance began with her time in account servicing before she eventually became a broker.
LP Insurance provides a range of services including property, casualty, surety, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, and risk management. The firm is headquartered in Reno, Nevada, with additional Nevada offices in Carson City, Elko, Fernley, and Las Vegas.
In California, the company operates offices in Gold River/Sacramento, Truckee, Fresno, and Quincy, as well as locations in Roswell and Portales, New Mexico, and Phoenix, Arizona. LP Insurance serves a client base throughout the Western US and beyond.
