LP Insurance Services LLC, a risk management and insurance brokerage firm, has announced the appointment of Lynn Roberts as a new member of its employee benefits brokerage team.

LP Insurance Services chief operating officer Trinity Steelman said that Roberts’ appointment will deepen and enhance the knowledge of the company’s benefits team in Northern California.

Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Graduating from Cal State Fullerton, Roberts’ extensive career in insurance began with her time in account servicing before she eventually became a broker.

Roberts will be a part of the firm’s employee benefits group in LP Insurance Services’ Gold River office.

As a risk management and insurance brokerage firm, LP Insurance Services specializes in property, casualty, surety, workers’ compensation, employee benefits, personal and risk management services. It provides its services to a variety of industries such as construction, medical, real estate, public entities, as well as hospitality and gaming.

The brokerage has offices in California, Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona. 

Last year, LP Insurance Services added seven members to its shareholder group as it continued to focus on its expansion. It also acquired independent agency Meridian Insurance Services in 2020.
