Privately-held broker Liberty Company has announced the formation of its national human capital management practice group.
Led by Clint Tripodi, Liberty’s SVP and former Risk Strategies practice leader, this venture represents the third in a series of strategic initiatives slated for the year.
The company also praised Tripodi’s expertise, touting the authorship of 25 leadership development programs and consultancy with over 450 companies. According to LinkedIn, he had prior roles with Risk Strategies, The Pendolino Group, CBC Benefits Consulting, nCUBE, Pacific Broadband, and Hitachi Data Systems.
“Our focus is on partnering with clients to create powerful strategies and drive their success through leadership and organizational development,” Tripodi said in a news release. “By optimizing human capital management practices, businesses can unlock their full potential and achieve remarkable results.”
