King Risk Partners has acquired Ricky Credille Insurance, an agency specializing in Medicare, health and life insurance, with offices in Belmont and Tupelo, Mississippi.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Risky Credille Insurance has built a strong reputation over the past 25 years as a trusted provider of health insurance services across the Southeast, including Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee. The agency’s focus on Medicare aligns with King Risk Partners’ strategy to enhance its offerings in this sector.

“Their outstanding reputation, deep subject expertise and strong client relationship align seamlessly with our strategy of growth through partnerships with well-established agencies,” said Malcolm King, CEO of King Risk Partners.

Recent strategic acquisitions

This acquisition is part of King Risk Partners' broader expansion strategy. In February 2025, the company acquired Barker, Beck, Collins & Kronauge Agency in Dayton, Ohio, strengthening its presence in the Midwest.

Earlier, in March 2025, King Risk Partners entered the Rhode Island market by acquiring The Insurance Center in Warwick.

The firm said its strategic acquisitions aim to enhance service capabilities and expand its national footprint.
