The US subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group has added a new executive to its ranks.
JLT Specialty USA has appointed Kirk Bantz as senior vice-president. He will be based in Columbus, OH.
As senior vice-president, Bantz will leverage his expertise to help the company deliver specialized solutions for complex risks, particularly for life sciences and manufacturing companies, a release said.
Bantz has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industries. He was previously an assistant vice-president with Wells Fargo Insurance Services, which was later acquired by USI Insurance in 2017. Prior to that, he was the director of risk management at Cardinal Health. Bantz also has an Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
