The J. Morey Company, Inc. Insurance Agents & Brokers, a California-based property-casualty brokerage, has merged with Alliance 360° Insurance Solutions, based in Cypress, Calif. The merger became effective on June 01.
Founded in 1993, Alliance 360° Insurance Solutions is an employee benefits insurance agency led by founder and president Nori Nishida, who has 33 years of experience in the benefits industry. Nishida founded The Nth Insurance Agency before expanding on the company’s operations and services to create Alliance 360° Insurance Solutions.

The two companies will continue to operate under their respective names and will be led by Morey and Kevin Fukuyama, CEO of The J. Morey Company, as well as Nishida and Terri Seki, Alliance 360° executive vice president.
