Iroquois Group has announced the appointment of Tom Gibbons (pictured above) as an agency manager for its New England operations. Gibbons joins Iroquois with a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the New England region.
Prior to his new role at Iroquois, Gibbons was employed at Markel, where he played a significant role in the growth and distribution of the company's small commercial and specialty products in the New England area.
Before Markel, he served as assistant vice president and personal lines manager at Chubb, where he was responsible for expanding and distributing their high-net-worth personal lines portfolio in upstate New York.
“We are excited to have Tom join our team in New England. He will help us further expand in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York,” said Kevin McKay, Iroquois regional vice president.
Gibbons’ hiring was preceded by another recent appointment, with Wendy Simpson joining the agency network to service local agents in Georgia.
