The Insurance Office of America (IOA) has announced the appointment of Paul Sullivan as the Western division president.
Sullivan joined IOA in 2009 and has been integral to the rapid expansion of IOA's western region, boosting revenue, producer staff, and establishing new locations. He previously held the position of regional president of the Northwest region, overseeing partner relations, sales development, and broker recruitment. In this capacity, he provided proactive risk and insurance services to a diverse clientele across the US and globally.
“I’m honored and excited to have this opportunity to serve on a deeper level in the Western Division of IOA,” Sullivan said. “I’m passionate about making deep connections inside and outside of the company and continuing to contribute to the success of our strategic objectives and the growth of our agency.”
In addition to his new function, Sullivan also serves as a member of the IOA board of directors. According to his LinkedIn, he holds a bachelor of arts degree in social sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master of business administration with a focus on marketing and finance from San Francisco State University.
“Since joining IOA, Paul has been instrumental in IOA’s growth trajectory in the Western region. His ascent in the organization is a testament to his excellent leadership, business acumen, and commitment to the growth and success of IOA,” IOA president Rob Motley said.
