Insurance Office of America (IOA) has named Christopher Claypool its newest commercial risk advisor.
A release explained that Claypool will be assigned to the southwest Florida team based in Fort Myers, where IOA has recently been expanding.
Claypool has more than a decade’s worth of insurance industry experience under his belt, specializing in risk management programs for contractors, commercial properties, condominium associations, and the hospitality industry. He has both the construction risk and insurance specialist (CRIS) designations from IRMI.
“I’m keen to join the IOA team as we expand our presence in southwest Florida by providing client-centric risk management programs that protect our area businesses,” Claypool remarked, adding that he looks forward to offering the highest level of expertise by using a consultative approach to developing risk management strategies and building relationships.
IOA regional president Danny Anderson warmly welcomed Claypool to the team in a statement, noting that Claypool “brings the knowledge, enthusiasm, and expert care that [IOA] clients seek.”
