Integrity Marketing Group has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire California-based Honeycutt Insurance Marketing. As part of the acquisition, Tray Honeycutt, president of Honeycutt Insurance Marketing, will become a managing partner in Integrity. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Honeycutt Insurance Marketing provides final expense insurance, mortgage protection and annuities to middle-income consumers. Honeycutt’s understanding of the value of the products and services he offers his clients has led to significant year-over-year growth for the firm.
