Inszone Insurance Services has announced the appointment of Matt Rieck as its new chief human resources officer.
In his new role, Rieck will be responsible for overseeing the company's HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
Rieck has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Inszone Insurance, he held several leadership positions at major companies, including Farmers Insurance, NASA-G4S, and BBSI. Rieck holds an MBA in organizational development from Webster University and a bachelor's degree in social psychology from Chapman University.

Rieck joins Inszone in the midst of an acquisition spree. Last week, the company announced the acquisition of California-based Desert Cornerstone Insurance Services. The company also recently announced the acquisitions of Nugen and Associates and Quail Ridge Insurance Services.
