Inszone Insurance Services, a national provider of various insurance solutions, has announced the acquisition of Canyon Pacific Insurance Services, an independent agency based in Palm Springs, California. This move is part of Inszone's strategic expansion within the state.
Canyon Pacific, established in 2011, has become known for its specialized insurance offerings and understanding of the local market in Palm Springs and across California. Inszone notes that the agency has built a reputation for providing reliable and customized insurance services to its clientele.
“We are delighted to bring Canyon Pacific Insurance Services into the Inszone fold,” said Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services. “Their unwavering dedication to customized insurance offerings and their strong presence in California align perfectly with our expansion goals. This acquisition not only enhances our capability to cater to the diverse requirements of the Palm Springs community but also reinforces Inszone's position as a pivotal force in the California insurance arena.”
Following the merger, Canyon Pacific Insurance Services will continue to operate under the Inszone Insurance brand. This integration promises that current clients of Canyon Pacific will maintain the high level of service they have grown accustomed to.
Inszone, founded in 2002 and based in Sacramento, California, offers a wide range of property and casualty insurance and employee benefits solutions. Presently, Inszone operates 60 locations across multiple states including California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
