Inszone Insurance Services has announced the acquisition of Keith Williams Insurance Agency, Inc, an established agency serving clients throughout Texas.
The brokerage noted that this acquisition aligns with Inszone's strategy to expand its presence in Texas and enhance its service offerings to a broader client base.
Keith Williams Insurance Agency was founded by Keith Williams, inspired by a personal experience that pushed him to help others protect their financial futures through insurance.
Williams said that he built the agency with a focus on integrity, sound advice, and customer service, offering a wide range of insurance products to individuals and businesses across Texas.
Over the years, the agency has represented all major insurance carriers and has served a diverse clientele. Williams also noted that he has been actively involved in his community, contributing to organizations such as the City of Victoria Planning Commission, the University of Houston-Victoria President's Regional Advisory Board, and Habitat for Humanity.
Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, highlighted the significance of this acquisition, noting that Williams' commitment to his clients and community aligns with Inszone's core values.
Walters stated that this move strengthens Inszone's footprint in Texas and underscores its commitment to providing quality insurance solutions and personalized service.
As part of its ongoing expansion, Inszone Insurance Services also said that it plans to announce additional acquisitions in the coming months, continuing its growth across the United States.
Back in June, Inszone also announced its acquisition of Welcome Insurance Agency.
Established in 2008, Welcome Insurance Agency offers specialized insurance solutions to various sectors including gas stations, restaurants, automotive shops, and religious institutions.
