Inszone Insurance Services (Inszone), a provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, has completed its move for LPL Insurance Agency (LPL Insurance).
The acquisition is part of the firm’s ongoing expansion efforts.

LPL Insurance was founded by Bud Laughlin, Bob Powell, and Dennis Lambourne in 1981, and began its services in Brea, California. It has gone through several transitions in terms of geography as well as various phases of growth.
Inszone will be announcing more important acquisitions in the next few months as it continues its expansion efforts.
