DUAL North America and Oakbridge Insurance have announced key executive appointments.
DUAL has appointed Jason Collier as executive vice president – Bloodstock & Equine. In this role, he will lead the expansion of DUAL’s equine division, working with the Bloodstock & Equine team in London to strengthen its position in the US equine mortality sector.
Collier, who has 25 years of experience in equine insurance, brings expertise in program development, underwriting strategy and agency relationships.

Collier will be based in Lexington, KY.

Meanwhile, Oakbridge Insurance has appointed John Ledyard (pictured) as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Ledyard will oversee organizational structure, client services and operational efficiency as the company continues its growth strategy.

Since its founding in December 2020, Oakbridge has completed more than 40 acquisitions across the Southeast. The company serves industries such as agriculture, construction, healthcare, hospitality, municipalities, and transportation, along with offering employee benefits solutions.
Ledyard said he looks forward to contributing to Oakbridge’s expansion. “I’m honored to join Oakbridge during this exciting phase of its growth,” he said.
