Several insurance companies have announced key leadership changes and strategic hires in recent days, aiming to strengthen their operations and expand their service offerings.
CRC Group, a wholesale specialty insurance distributor, has added Adam Jacobus and Tom Martina to its team in Dallas, Texas. These appointments are part of CRC’s strategy to expand its capabilities and enhance its service to retail agency partners across North America.
Jacobus (pictured top, left) joins CRC Specialty as senior vice president, bringing over 17 years of experience in wholesale brokerage. He specializes in complex casualty placements, including general liability, auto, pollution, excess and workers’ compensation, with a focus on the energy, construction and environmental sectors.
Meanwhile, Martina (pictured top, right) joins CRC as senior broker, bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience. His expertise includes general liability, excess, pollution and auto coverage, with an emphasis on construction, environmental, energy and manufacturing risks.
Neptune Flood announces key leadership changes
Matt Duffy has been promoted to president, overseeing Neptune’s strategic initiatives and operations. Duffy has played a key role in Neptune’s growth, helping the company surpass 230,000 policies in force and approach $300 million in premiums.
Alais Griffin joins Neptune as general counsel, bringing experience in legal strategy and regulatory compliance to guide the company through its next phase of expansion. Tom Wexler has been appointed chief engineer to lead Neptune’s AI-driven underwriting and technology development. Brad Schulz, Neptune’s former chief technology officer, now serves as chief information security officer, reflecting the company’s continued focus on strengthening cybersecurity measures.
Lockton, a privately held independent insurance brokerage, has appointed Chris DiLullo (pictured immediately above, left) as its first US industry practices leader. In this new role, DiLullo will be responsible for leading the company’s national strategy across key industries, including construction, healthcare, law firms, life sciences, real estate, energy and transportation.
DiLullo, a 20-year veteran at Lockton, will focus on increasing the value the firm delivers to clients through specialized, industry-driven solutions.
Allianz Commercial has appointed Melissa Hill (pictured immediately above, right) as regional head of claims for North America, replacing Frank Sapio, who is retiring.
